He has worked on more than $3 billion in projects, ranging from single-purpose developments to large-scale revitalization efforts. His roles included investment banker, financial advisor,  public housing executive, consultant, and developer. His work spans markets across South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, New York, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
